I cannot say no to going out for dinner with him, partly because he is a classmate from university and I've known him since three years ago when we took a module together. Furthermore, he asked me out with a 'we should meet up', and how can I possibly say 'I don't think we should'? LOL. So I am going to meet him, and we shall see how it goes. HAHAHA YES I totally agree!! Babies have this very cute but HIGHLY ANNOYING way of gripping onto things. I once had my hair caught in my baby cousin's fist, and GAWD. It was not funny at all. She thought it was funny when I began squealing in pain, and by the time I managed to make her loosen her grip, there were four strands of hair in her fist. LOL. Imagining poor Daddy Sesshy squirming makes me laugh!

I was asked out on a date recently, and I actually said yes even though I don't feel anything for the guy. He was my classmate from university, and we have been pretty good friends. Just think of it this way - if you didn't kiss the frog, you won't ever find a prince. it just so happens that we have to kiss many frogs in life to find that one amazing prince, and that guy you broke up with just happened to be one of the uglier frogs. Long-distance relationships are definitely tough, but if both are committed, it should not be a problem, I guess. After all, people always say absence makes the heart grow fonder. I wish you guys all the best, dearie! I wish I had the courage to pursue what my heart feels, but I rejected someone because it was going to be a long-distance relationship. I just didn't have the faith, and was afraid to get hurt.

Thank you for the brilliant reviews, my dear! You know, I adore babies but I fear the commitment, crying and the fact that they need SO MUCH attention. It's really a love-hate relationship, but I guess I'd like to be a Mommy one day! Have you thought about this? I should really make Sesshoumaru take care of a baby...the mental image of him preparing a bottle of formula milk with a baby balanced cautiously in the crook of his arm is beyond precious.

Your approach to fighting that evil block sounds great! It will definitely help to jot down stuff so you don't forget them, and I am sure you will be writing another chapter of Heartbeats in no time! Take your time with it, my dear, good things are ALWAYS worth waiting for. Heartbeats is really special to me because I read it when things ended not-so-nicely between me and this particular guy which I had been dating, and somehow, the slow, romantic tempo of that story got to me and I immersed myself in the beautiful scene you painted with words. It helped me get over him and all that crap he had done, and for that I am genuinely grateful

Awww thank you for the lovely reviews as always, Rika! I enjoyed writing chapter 23 and 24 though it was SOOOOOO awkward and embarrassing for our favorite couple. Chapter 25 would be fluffier and less embarrassing!

Awwwww *pats and hugs* I definitely understand crappy internet connection, and feel your pain! It's terribly annoying, isn't it? Especially when you're halfway through uploading something and it just loses connection. Arrrrgh. It happened to me while I was uploading photos on Facebook, and poof! Everything was gone.

Writer's block is a disgusting, vile thing. It made me unable to write Wisteria for quite some time. There are some tips which work for me, and you might want to try them out I re-read the story in detail and listen to music which had inspired it in the first place. Or you could write another story in the meantime, like what I did with HEA. It usually works!

LOL of course, Rika-chan! Actually you've got an excellent point there; Sesshoumaru would make a perfect musician! Just imagine him with a white grand piano...gosh, that'd be gorgeous. I wanted to make him play the pipe organ in "Blood Rose Mirror", but then I needed him to be in the room, so I ditched the idea. I can't wait to read him portrayed as a music teacher, and you can be sure I'll love your story because it's bound to be good AND you wrote it! Doujinshi is so nice but I can just imagine the amount of time and effort that goes into it. It's crazy work!!
