Awww, I'm so glad to hear that you remember me! I've been gone for so long I thought I would have been long forgotten by now. lol. And yes, I'm all settled into the new house! It's pretty amazing. Everything else is alright too. I actually would have been back here on Dokuga earlier, but some personal stuff came up and I had to delay my return.

My grandmother, in Taiwan, was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. It's just been a whole bundle of grief, worries, and stress. I guess it's only natural to not be able to sit down and write. Even now, I find that I can't really write still. I've been stuck on the same chapter for 1,000 Paper Cranes for months now. lol. I don’t know what it is, really, so I thought I would start reading HEA, as promised, to see if I could get the motivation to start writing again. You write so well that it’s, like, an inspiration for me to write too. lol. Crazy as that sounds. You are probably one of the few fan fiction role models for me. xD I’m always like, “I wanna write like MissTeak! She’s awesome!”

But, enough about me! How have things been going for you? I remember you had an interview in Japan, right? How did that go? Did you get the job?

As for HEA, I’m not surprised that readers are enjoying it. It has it’s relatable portions and, of course, the humor doesn’t do anything but help the story. It’s a lighthearted read which is nice every once in a while. I only regret I didn’t start reading it sooner. But you know… at the same time, that means I got a full dosage of HEA all in one (two?) sittings. And THAT was definitely great. lol.

I think there are piggyback rides in Asian dramas more often than there are accidental kisses. lol. I can only remember a handful of kisses and a whole lot more of the piggyback rides. xD

You have too many babies, MissTeak. lol. But since you’re so obsessed with your Shanghai baby, make sure not to forget your other babies, like HEA and Wisteria, because they might get jealous. ;3 lololol. But I would be more than willing to read that story too. I know you won’t disappoint because you are too good of a writer for that. In fact, I know I’ll love it, just like all the other stories you’ve written. I’ve apparently missed a lot in the weeks I’ve been away, but I’ll catch up slowly - one by one. =]

I think I’m going to give my story another try. Maybe reading HEA really will inspire me to write 1,000 Paper Cranes since it’s quite Asian drama-esque as well… just a little though. lol.

Hooray! I called in, and asked whether it was full or PT, and when they said part-time, I had to hold back a squeal. I was in H-Mart (a huge Korean supermarket/strip mall) and saw a “Now Hiring” sign, so I quick wrote down the number and called in! I’m so excited!!

HAHAHA, yeah, I saw that on the forums and I was like… Hm… It’s been such a long time since I’ve done a challenge… You know, I was about to ask you to join because I knew how well you would do in a challenge like that and thought you might have fun with it! But then I realized how pushy I would have sounded and wouldn’t want to make you feel obligated to doing it. You know, that’s what I was thinking, and when I got the prompt “book”, I was honestly stumped. “Book” can really bring about some pretty cliché plots, so I was a little apprehensive at first thinking I was going to come up with something unoriginal. It took me a couple days to figure out a storyline, especially since I don’t always do well when I try to “force” a plot bunny. XD Awwww, Jazzy you’re so sweet. Thank you!! And geez, I’ve been totally SUCKING with the updates. And as you know, I’ve been gone these past couple of weeks doing various things, like garage sales and in-shape athletic programs… GAH!! Yeah, so you would basically say yes if he asked again, but more as a thing to be nice and polite, right? That’s true, if you don’t really feel any chemistry, I don’t know… I mean, from experience, it all starts out with good chemistry, so if you don’t have that, then, I’m not sure. It may be best as like a friendship sort of deal. Especially since it was a, more or less, nice date, yet there was essentially no chemistry… You just do what (brace yourself for cheesiness) your heart tells you to do. HAHAHA, no girl in their right MIND would decline a date with someone like Jonghyun!!! LOL, yes, there would be like, an awkward pause between each thing said, i.e.: “Jonghyun, I love you!” … “…Oh! Ok! I love you too!” … “…Yay!”

That’s true. Guys definitely tend to take things the wrong way and misunderstand, so it’s a tricky business. Though, with the hint thing, it makes me sort of apprehensive. Sometimes, the guy is a bit oblivious, and doesn’t pick up a thing. Hehe, a little harsh, but sometimes very true! Hahaha, don’t worry, when I’m mad, I have my uber bitchy moments. Yeah, sometimes apologizing is ridiculously awkward, especially if you don’t know the guy well before hand. It’s just that we were friends before and he’s a real sensitive guy. I also have a real habit of being hard on myself, and often feel guilty about things I shouldn’t. LOL

I admit, I haven’t done any sightseeing in Macau. I’ve just walked around a bit and eaten dinner/lunch there. Hehe, it was sort of like an on-the-way visit to my uncle’s family from Hong Kong to Shanghai. I always thought Singapore would be cool, though! I LOVED Pirates of the Caribbean, so when I saw Singapore on there I was like, ZOMG!! SO COOL! I didn’t know much about the geography of Singapore, I just knew it was an Asian cultured place with mostly Chinese speaking people there.

CUTEEEEEEEEEEEE WALLET!!!!! That is the most adorable wallet ever! Mine is a knock off Louis Vuitton from China, haha. I’ve realized I’m wayyy too cheap to buy many designer items. LOL. Like, this weekend I went to Gilly Hicks (a lingerie store somewhat like Hollister/Abercrombie & Fitch) and bought a shirt for $20 but ended up returning it, thinking it was too expensive. Hahaha, it’s been wayyy too long since I’ve bought something that’s not on discount. So ironic because I’m such a shopaholic. LOL.

I LOVE their fashion magazines! Most of the names of the magazines I like are in kanji, so I’m not too sure what they’re called. One I like though is called (I think) Mini/Snap, or something to that extent. I don’t read them often though, since I only get them while I’m in Japan. I’ve never heard of Cancam though. What’s that like?

Thank you! I have the funny feeling that this is going to turn out somewhat like The Flower Girl - just a little more on the serious side, so to speak. But Windows on the West was really just an idea that came to me about exploring Sesshoumaru's way of thinking of things, so it'll be a little more random than The Flower Girl - lots of flashbacks and things as he learns about Kagome, and takes some of the things he learns, and equates them with things his father tried to teach him, too. Hopefully, it'll turn out okay!
