The great day has finally arrived!

Wow! I think I missed the notice of your previous update, so I'm sorry about not reviewing before.

I am very excited after reading this chapter! It couldn't have been done any better than what you did with it!! It really was everything I wished for, so in one word: PERFECT!

That is rare because I am very picky, and usually after finishing a chapter I usually think "I wish this would have happened", or "I wish they would have done this / I wish they would have done that instead", but this chapter was absolutely perfect in every way!!

Beginning with the description of the palace, and followed by the way they prepared the contenders, to Kagome being true to herself and not showing interest in material possesions, and finishing with how Kagome wasn't the mousy girl who just took everything in stride while not raising one single iota of self respect!

I loved the tid-bit with the girl and the ribbon!! That was genius! Absolutely genius!! You could have made her just walk away, but the fact that she showed the other one that she was no floor mat was -again- PERFECT!

The fact that she took the ribbon, something the other admired, but was something so small in comparisson to beutiful and fancy clothes, and rich jewelry; just proves that you have a great imagination and know how to use it!

Then the meeting between Sesshomaru and Kagome was EPIC! I could perfectly picture all those women trying their best to get Sesshomaru's attention, to prove that they were the best candidate, and then there is Kagome, who wasn't even paying attention to the whole debacle while arguing with Inuyasha!

But what I loved best, was the part where she kept saying that her name was Kagome! It was so wonderful to see her stand up for herself no matter who or what circumstance! She didn't need to be rude, disrespectful or rude, she was just making her point accross that she was not just an "onna", or a "miko" but a person with a name!! (You go girl!)

Now I am just DYING to find out what kind of room is the so called "Blue Room", how will she be treated by those under Sesshomaru, other candidates, and most importantly by Sesshomaru himself!

I am sure jealuosy is bound to make her a few enemies, so I am waiting excitedly to see what happens next!

This was really an excellent chapter!, Thank you so much for writing and sharing with us, I hope you have fun wherever you are, and that the pregnancy is still going great!

I really like this!! Very well written, and your descriptions are literally a perfect length without dragging on.

There's only one thing I'll add and I'm so sorry if it upsets you- ... you typed 'board' instead of 'bored' in one place. XD I just wanted to point out that he's not a piece of wood.. er..  at least not all of him. (*SNICKERS*)Those darn homophones are tricky sometimes.. >:( Read/read/red... bored/board... here/hear... their/there/they're... etc.

I really do love it though, can't wait for more chapters. FFFFFFFFFFF

And I don't know if I told you yet but UBER congrats on the baby!!!

Finally they meet and it was not the meeting i was expecting.

But does he want her for her or because Inuyasha is fond of her. It was really interesting first meeting. I really liked how you just dressed in Miko clothes if you had dressed her in nothing else personally think it would have ruined the scene.

Again Well writen and I really want to read the next chapter

Very good story. It's very well written, though you've used the wrong words in places and have many misspellings. I haven't the energy to go back and find everything, but a good beta would be able to find most of them. Keep on writing, that's the only way to get better.

Now, on with the review.

I wonder what the voids wanted with Kags, but I guess we find out soon enough. I loved seeing her in action, showing those pompous dogs that she's no fair maiden in constant need of being saved by others but a female capable of taking care of herself and even her companions.

Off-note, I can't wait for the next update. Finally they meet! -chews fingernails- Can't wait to see how it goes. Instant like/dislike? Indifference  and slowly growing feelings? Mou! I wanna know!

I have to disagree with you i think your fiht scenes are magnifacent, you explained clearly what was going on, from diffrent points of view without repeatin yourself a hundredmillion times. To be truthfull this is one of the BEST fight scenes i have read in a while.^_^

I loved how you described the void demons coming off/outa the trees,  it is so delicously awsome!! ^_^

I just picked up on your story and I have to say that I like it so far.

The story is new, even though the characters aren't.  You've still maintained their characteristics, from what I can tell.

InuYasha, the brash but lovable Hanyou, and of course, Sesshoumaru, the cold and stoic older full demon brother.  Kagome maintains her selflessness, willingness to help others and purity of heart, yet still has that infamous temper.  

Poor Sesshomaru - he wont know what hit him.  Yasha is still trying to figure her out :)  

Great job - I look forward to seeing where you take this.
