Awwww dearie, it's easier for me to go Japan than it is for you since I live in Asia! So it's just almost 6 hours of flight for me, which is not too long On the other hand, I've never been out of Asia unless you count Australia, and I am dying to go to the US or Canada or Europe to experience a more "Western" trip if you get what I mean. It has all along been Asia, and well, it's getting boring. I watch Discovery Channel and National Geographic which have programs on "Exotic Asia" or something, and while I understand perfectly it is meant for non-Asian viewers, GOSH a lot of those stuff there are not even that exotic. haha you should come over to visit some of the interesting places here!! Hahaha the trip was amazing! I had a fantastic time, but YES the puppet show was dreadfully boring. Think singing in a strange shrill voice in ancient Japanese language (extremely formal, akin to what Sesshy uses in the Japanese-dubbed anime) for a good 1.5 hours. I was trying to blink and stay awake! The maiko were so pretty, right?? I was very happy to have spotted them, and I kept thinking secretly to myself, "This is just like Kagome in Wisteria!" and I was right in Gion's flower streets then! Which is the setting of Wisteria too so I got busy memorizing some details of the architecture, streets, the temple at the top of the hill etc. Sweetie, I swear I do not work for Asian Tourism Boards (HAHAHAHA with all the things I have been saying HAHA) but if you get a chance, please visit Japan. You won't have a single regret. I am going there again in May, and it will be my fourth trip. I love that place, and you definitely will too

It is amazing how you do not have an accent!! That's really amazing, considering how I have met native French speakers and they have very heavy (albeit sexy) accents in their English. LOL.
