Oh gosh. This is a little tough. I'd have to say InuKimi. Although Kags Mom is a nice lady, InuKimi has bling that can enable her to look into the realm of the dead. Plus, she was hilarious in her only appearance in the Final Act.

Midoriko, she forced her soul out of her body WHILE stealing the souls of the demon conglomerate eating her, while still hacking away at it, and missing an arm, she totally pawns, because even then she keeps fighting IN the jewel. Honestly, Shippo is great but all he has is his tricks. Souten actually has LIGHTENING!! I think it would be close but in the end Souten would win, hands down.

I honestly think Sesshoumaru but not just because. Sesshoumaru is literally protrayed as one of the most powerful youkai in the Inuyasha series. Yeah he has his moments but I don't feel like many even outside the Inuyasha series could oppose him and win.
