Well, ya know, it would be kinda hard to fight a battle when you constantly had to run off to the 'bushes'. I could just see the whole thing in my mind, and all I could think was.. I wish I could draw! Glad you enjoyed it! (Just a guess, but are you Philipino, or related to someone who is? I just asked because I see that you speak Tagalog, and since it's not a very commonly seen language, I wondered.)

Well, in canon, we find that besides the soul piper that comes for children's souls when they die to comfort them, no other youkai exist in today's world. They couldn't really - there's no magic anymore, and they are creatures of magic. So in order for them to keep living, but still explain why there aren't any in our world, they had to go somewhere else - so I chose to give them their own dimension - the demon's world. Anyway, glad you liked Windows on the West!

I kinda hope the chapter was more sweet than bitter this time - I think we've had enough of bitterness and wanted to bring more of the sweetness back.

And I wouldn't mind living practically next to an onsen either! xD
