I love reading and writing. My muses are lazy and slow and often like to leave my head so I'm trying to find them again by reading more. So I guess right now I'm just reading.

One day soon I hope to start my own full-length story, but right now I've only got a few one-shots up my sleeve. I may be trying too hard to make a really great story that I may be missing out on writing entirely. Currently, I'm attempting to work on a story borrowing a plot from Mysticangeldust who is kindly letting me use an idea she had from the "Borrowed Muse" forum. I've started it but I don't intend to post until I know I can write it consistently because I don't want to start something I can't finish. I also had another story idea in the works, but it doesn't look like that will be up any time soon either...

(In case you're curious, the meaning of "Ruriame" is roughly "glass rain")

No problem--I loved it! ^.^ Really? Maybe you can turn it into a two-shot? Just explaining what happened that made her leave--maybe someone said something to her? Or you can leave it like it is and let the reader make up their own assumptions. Either way--it was one gooooood read

lol--that's ok. Yeah, I take for ever to update. I've been promising some of the reviewers I'd update The Unknown Lady for weeks now. The chapter's written down on paper--it's just that I'm either too lazy or too busy to type it lol

Yes! That's exactly how I am too. I'm too easily distracted, and so I always have to write down a scene that pops into my head and thus leaving behind what I'm actually writting. Lol--great minds think alike

I know what you mean, I went through ten different titles for my oneshot, and I still don't like the one I ended up with...since it could have so many meanings. The flowers part was the first thing that came to mind when I read the prompt--then I had to create how they got to that point. I think that's why I can never word a good summery

I'm off to read your oneshot now
