It's definitely one of the most angsty and complex story I've written till date, and well, if you want to read something light-hearted and funny, I will shamelessly recommend my ongoing story Happily Ever After. you might one to read romantic drabbles by authors like Rikayu too! Dont worry Kouga won't be sticking around too long. Well, this happens like two years (or so) into canon, but obviously a few things have been tweaked. I first of all don't think of Kouga ending up with Ayame, cause he finds her extremely annoying, and its like, well I cant have Kagome so... I dont know.

And since in this Kikyo didn't die, theres not that moment where they talk and settle on being friends. I just changed a few things for the sake of the story I guess.

Thank you for reviewing Voluntary Obligation and not sure what you mean about the 'Naraku thing'. If you were referring to him still being around and being inside of Kagome, it was just the after effect of her being partially absorbed by him. He is really dead. He wasn't really there, she just felt like he was especially after waking from a nightmare.

Thank you for your plentiful reviews and criticism on my story Chain! ^_^ I'm glad to hear you still managed to like it, despite all the grievances you had regarding the chain.

You do make valid points, in their handcuff-stage I ought to have played out their discomforts more for the realism's sake. I'm sorry I failed to do that. I've been neglecting the chain a bit lately as well. It's all because I'm too bent on pushing on the plot. I'm sorry you feel I do this with the cost of details.

However, I do have something to say to my defence. You stated the last time I mentioned the Chain's length it was the handcuff, and were expressing how impossible it was for them to move around like they did during the "future-arc". When they travelled through the well to Kagome's time, the chain's length was altered in the progress. The following is a direct quote from chapter 10 (which shows as chapter 11 since chapter 1 is the prologue...):



I hope that helped to relieve at least some of your aggressions towards the chain in the future arc. ^^;
