I would rather take Miroku's staff, one because the jangly hoops are awesome, and I would just walk around making noise with it.
A more serious reason would be that Sesshoumaru's Tokijin is evil, and would likely lead to my death - because Sesshoumaru would kill me for taking it!

I would eat all day, cause you could always just slow down and nibble and talk while eating it hard to not eat all day and keep your mind off not being hungry.
