That's a really great idea!

It would be fairly easy to implement also. There are a few features that would really spiff up that area, and I think the 'Reading List' feature would be a fantastic addition.

We're a little swamped, but in a few weeks, I'll get something going on this.

That'd be nice. I'd love to get update notices on fics I'm interested in, too. There are so many and they scroll over the front page so fast, I miss a lot of them.

i think this idea rocks as well! in the mean time i think you should do what i do, start a new folder in your 'bookmarks/favorites' mine's called "stuff i wanna read" darn things huge too >;l i think mine has over 40 in there -_- my problem now, is not the time to read them, but remembering to want to read them.... its really annoying ;p but then again, i procrastinate. hahahahaha

That's an awesome idea, rOo! I have a folder of favored stories that I've read and go back and read again and again and again, but I hadn't thought of making one of the ones I WANT to read. That'd be an easier way to keep track of stories on here until something better comes along...

I'm all for this idea. I "favorite" (using the button) the stories I like to keep track of. Having a reading list and getting an email notification (if you prefer) when things update would be awesome. Plus if people want to expose their list to others in their profile (like a "Recommended Reading" list) that would also be pretty cool.
