I don't believe there is a limit to how many you can overall upload. (r0o has like... A BAJILLION)

But you are only allowed to upload 3 per day to the main page. After that you have to tag the rest as MA so they do not get shown on the front page.

Yeah, I was only submitting two today, but when I tried the second one it said not enough memory and deleted it.
