I was poking around in Fanart today. I don't usually go there because my Art prowess is limitited to "ooooooooooo preeeeetty."

Anyhooo, I saw alot of "Open" Banners. What the heck is an Open Banner?

I know, it's a noob question, but I seriously don't know what it is. I have an assumption, but you know about 'assuming'.

Its a banner that doesn't have a label on it. So it can be used by anyone wanting to create a banner for a challenge or something.
