but how about if the thumbnail shows that image... yet when you click on it, the image doesn't load even though other people have seen it?

I've had the same problem happening to me. Particularly on my fanart calles "SessKag--Embraces". Though the thumbnail shows up for me, the image never loads. yet other people can see it just fine.

This seems so familiar, we have some issues with fanart. there should be an option to upload fanart from a link. That way if you post on deviant art or photobucket you can just link the image location. Be sure that if you user id over there is different than here you specify so an admin doesnt delete the work.

Try checking the properties of your fanart to see whether or not it's within the size limit for posting... I believe fanart pieces can't be any larger than 2MB... but don't quote me on that . It should say what size is allowed at the top of the page where you upload your fanart. Ah the sweet memories this stirs up of my first failed attempt at posting fanart. Teehee. Hope this helps!

What kind of file type are you saving the image as? I know I have to save mine as PNG or JPEG. I can't upload my stuff as the original file type from my program since it's not recognized.

thanks a lot you guys. i will the deviant trick and see if that works. and i am pretty sure that my pic are under the 2mb maximum. ill let you know if i still have trouble.
