Soooooo in honor of the new Alice in Wonderland moive that is coming out not so soon (March 5th 2010), i decided to challenge all those fanartists out there to create their own interpetation of ALice in Wonderland Inuyasha style!!!!

Deadline: when the movie comes out, March 5th, 2010 ( a day after my birthday :3)

And to promote it! I'll be doing a piece too!

OMG! So in. When I was little everyone said I looked like Alice in Wonderland. I'm really familiar with the stroyline through the movies and the book. Just need to figure out which character's from Inuyasha would fit into what role.

I'll get on it as soon as I write something for Skye's weekly INK challenge. I only found it an hour a go but I have an semi-formed idea but I have to write it today before the deadline of midnight.

up date: I finished the oneshot and put some thought into which characters going to be in what role and I think I made some really interesting choices but I'll explain them so they make more sense.

I'm not going to post the list yet because I don't want people stealing my idea's.

I may have to give this a try. I'll have to search the depths of my imagination to come up with something.

Soooo... I used a section of your promo pic to make a banner for your challenge! (with credit toward your art obviously C: ) I figured if people posted it after they participated, you'd get even more people to join the challenge.

I have the character design done for Inuyasha's group but I can't scane it till my mom resets up her laptop. Its the computer with the scanner installed on it. But heres the list of my choices.

Kagome as Alice (of course)
Shippo as The Cheshire Cat
Inuyasha as The Mad Hatter
Miroku as the March Hare
Sango as Alice's Sister
Kirara as the Kitten

Now that I have everyone asigned a character I'm going to make some actual art pieces.

I wasn't sure if I should put this here or on the sketch fest thread, but then I decided that here was probably more fitting.

This is the idea I came up with for the Alice in Wonderland Challenge. I think it's kinda hard to see what its really going to look like right now, but hopefully, it'll look better once it's colored!

I finally got Inuyasha's group character sketch scanned but I had to use my brothers because my moms laptop wasn't set up and it isn't as good so you can't see as much detail.

I'll put up the coloured one tomorrow once I'm finished. Just have to color Shippo and Sango.

Finally got it done!! It was a challenging piece for me because of all the stuff I have going on, but I guess it turned out okay.
