Okay, i've been trying to remember this one for a LONG time, i finally decided that i would ask about.
-This is an older SK fic
-Kagome is badly injured or something along the lines of dying no matter what.
-Sess has her for some reason
-A witch doctor or youkai Doctor tells him the only way to save her is to mate her.
-He really wants her to live so he mates her as shes Dying on the doctor's table and marks her just as her heart stops beating.
-He thinks for a minute it doesn't work but it does and she lives.
-The fic is NOT 'Through the Mirror' by Sidhe. I'm aware of that fic, and it's slight similarities. but it's nto that fic.
Any help would be awesomesauce! btw, Happy Memorial Day Dokuga!

It sounds similar to Angelic Memories "Ghost from the Past."
Kagome and Sesshomaru are in a car accident and she almost dies from blood loss. She has a rare blood type, and only Sesshomaru mating her will save her-she happens to be in the hospital.
Not sure if this is it, but it's my best guess.
