I have already sent copies to everyone who has posted to this thread, requesting a copy in the last 2 weeks. I am subscribed, and as soon as anyone posts wanting a copy, I email it out.

2. It's unfair to the author to send out copies when she can get both hits and reviews by reading it on site.
