I read this story a while ago, but can not remember the name. Jaken thinks kagome is in love with him, but he refuses to mate with a human. He goes off to find a potion or something hoping to turn her into a demon. I think he wanted to turn her into a dog demoness because he thought the females of his own kind were to ugly after spending so much time around Sesshomaru. I do not think that the fic was ever finished (I hope it was) and if I am remembering correctly I read it on this site or on Spark. Please help me find this.

The whole time Shippo knows that Jaken is misunderstanding Kagome's kindness and goes into a laughing fit every time Kagome looks lost as to why Jaken did or said something odd to her. Also, I believe Sesshomaru is interested in Kagome but does not get to close because he will not mate a human. But, when Kagome is changed he starts to show his interest.

I do not know the rating or the universe; it was too long ago. I do remember that it was in the feudal era and most of what I saw in Kaede's village, and Jaken at some point before Sesshomaru comes back takes Ah-Un to go to a witch or something to get a potion to turn Kagome into a demon and he puts it into her tea. I believe later when Kagome is Sesshomaru's mate Jaken believes that she wants to have an affair with him.

I remember this story, but not the name. I'll try see if I can find it. Don't think it's in my favorites because I happened upon it in passing. I'll keep you posted.
