when you got to the offending work there's a light blue link right above the info like date artist put work up, how many favs/ comments ect. its below the work and on the right side above the comments field. Click it, and its pretty easy from there. You just give a link of the work, original and comment if you want, put how badly the work was stolen. etc. DA makes it simple in their way ^_^

I admit that I did have a rant written out, but I have to agree with those who don't want this to get out of hand. I was friendly when I warned her, even saying that I wouldn't report her because I believe in giving people a chance (wasted kindness on my part). I'm mad right now (about the theft and at the insults towards me and others), but I'll try and stay calm. Be nice... be nice...

I will just say this: I am glad that this community looks out for its members. On more than one occasion there have been instances of theft, or suspicion of theft, and someone has pointed it out making it that much easier for us to band together and have the problem taken care of in a timely manner.

Though I have never been a victim of any such theft, (not that I know of anyway) I would like to personally thank those of you who, upon discovering these things, posted a thread to let us all know. We will probably never stop them all, but HOPEFULLY with your continued vigilance, we can keep the thieves in check.

No more please. You do not know if she has permission, especially when there is a link to the original. If you wish, PM the original artist, otherwise do not worry about it.

On a side note, this thread will be locked if this goes on any further.

If s/he doesn't have permission then I'm sure it counts.

I'm locking this thread. What has been necessary to say, has been said and everyone understands what to do in the future.

Yeah, let's chill. This is the type of thing that leads to things getting out of hand. I think, in the case of the picture above, it might be best to contact one of the authors directly first. We don't want to get out the pitchforks and torches without a good reason.
