Tana_san (Chapter 35) - Wed 27 Mar 2019

They're both so stubborn and thick headed when they disagree with one another. Though Sesshoumaru is living in the 21st century, he continues to act like he's living in the Feudal Era where the man rules over their females and they have no choice but to do as they're told.

He should understand by now that Kagome, since she returning from her past adventures over the jewel, has been through so much emotional trauma that she needs to stand on her own two feet and work out her troubles. This is her family and despite what happened between them he has no real say in the matter if she wants to go alone or not. He can wait outside and give her the time they need to talk. He'd know if she needs him or not. He needs to cool his temper and help her by understanding that she NEEDS to do this without him.

She knows that Sesshoumaru is only trying to protect her and their child/pup, but she's a grown woman and has to try making her family understand that she is living her life as she sees fit. What they pulled behind her back will not be tolerated if they want any kind of relationship in the future with her and her child.

It's possibly going to get rough what with Sesshoumaru seeking a divorce and his soon to be ex wife wanting to fight dirty, so she wants her family to know she still loves them and probably to prepare them for what could happen. They'll probably hear a lot of dirt on Sesshoumaru's divorce through the media and television and she doesn't need them to get involved in any way or make anymore judgements where he and she are concerned.

I can't wait to see how this confrontation will play out. Hope can update soon.

Love ya!

JEN

Oh my gosh love this story from years ago...  I read every chapter posted again and came to wonder I never did read the ending and I'm an avid reader.  I know the outcome up to the part where,,,,....  Can't let the other readers know what will happen in the next few chapters...  Update soon I truly love the story.

Tana_san (Chapter 34) - Sun 03 Feb 2019

I don't know why this review had me on chapter 1 when I was on chapter 34 and then it kept a really long space when I hit submit... this is weird.

Tana_san (Chapter 1) - Sun 03 Feb 2019

Hey there Girlfriend... Sure have missed you! I figured with the new marriage and job that you'd end up pretty busy. You aren't the only one it seems. There are quite a few that RL has taken away from Dokuga and when they come back they can't believe it's been a year or more so don't feel bad. Did you have to re read it all again? I re read the last 3 chapters since it hasn't been too long since I read this for a second time.

Well, now on with the review...

I'm so glad that Sesshoumaru decided to go with Kagome to Souta's graduation. She needs the moral support and if anything were to happen to her he'd be there to help and comfort her. He was smart in not saying anything to her over how she was acting on the way to the graduation. (not in the car while driving anyway)  I don't think she was even thinking clearly during the ride over as I don't know why she sat in the back seat or opened the door when he always helps her in and out of the car. I figure her mind is just re playing everything they talked about and her feelings over maybe seeing her mother again, a possible confrontation happening, and not wanting to cause a scene on Souta's special day.

He was right in pulling her aside when she started trying to push his hand off hers and stuggling to make him let go. She may feel that seeing them holding hands would anger her mother really but it wouldn't really matter because him just being there at the gradution near Kagome would tick her mother off.

Texting Souta so he knew she was there and having him smiling at her was sweet and calling him later to make time to see each other before he leaves the country will help Kagome a lot as I think he would only care that she's happy with Sesshoumaru. He may have liked InuYasha a lot but I think he probably knew that they argued in the Feudal Era. Siblings usually always listened in on conversations that they're sent out of the room for. I know we did as kids.

The high school girls fawning all over Sesshoumaru was a real laugh and he having trouble trying to get away from them without making a scene to have Kagome come back to pull him away from the the high school girls was so precious. At least they got away before anyone would see them, especially her mother.

I don't know that I agree with making Kagome go confront her mother so soon is a good idea. Sesshoumaru handles problems head on but is he considering that Kagome has done nothing but stress herself out since all this began? That can't be good for the baby...or her. I get that with going through with his divorce will no doubt get messy and there's potential danger coming their way, but can't he give her just a little more time than a few days to come to terms with all that going to be happening in such a short amount of time? Let her see Souta first and tell him. Maybe he can give Kagome something to go by over how her mother and grandfather have been acting and feeling since she left to stay with her friend. hmmm Guess we'll just wait and see what happens, right?

I'm just so happy she decided to stay with him and allow their relationship time to heal and share the pregnancy together.

I also wondered since Sesshoumaru only married Kiyomi, why can't he mate Kagome before his divorce then after the divorce he can marry her? Just a thought.

I'm so happy you updated...try not to be gone so long this time???? Please????

VS (Chapter 33) - Mon 08 Oct 2018

Hello,

this is a wonderful fic! I enjoyed reading it very much so far. You are able to describe all the emotions beautifully.

There were a lot of surprises in this fic. For example I was expecting that Sesshoumaru was worrying for nothing because Kagome was actually really remembering him instead of Inuyasha. You did an amazing job here with the way you described everything so vague.

I was a bit confused when Kagome's family recognised Inuyasha immediately. But you explained that they were lying to Kagome. That was awful.

Rin's story is just sad and I would like to read more about her. Sesshoumaru's wife is just getting on my nerves. I'm glad you haven't involved her that much in the plot so far. Though I'm preparing myself for the bitch fight in court. :)

I'm looking forward to your next update!

maru'sningenluvr19 (Chapter 33) - Tue 27 Jun 2017

so far, i'm loving this story. i hope her mom doesnt give her a hard time. she needs to be loving and loyal to her daughter's decision or leave her alone altogether. if she does she won't get to see her grandbaby. i hope she understands the love kags has for sess and let bygones be bygones. live and let love i always say. great story. c'ya'

Tana_san (Chapter 32) - Mon 12 Jun 2017

OH my gosh...she finally got the words out. For a moment there I thought perhaps she'd keep it to herself to protect the baby and him from what Sesshoumaru had just told her.

I've got tears in my eyes just reading this. Yes, there's trouble...possible trouble at this point brewing, but staying together is better than Kagome going off alone and never seeing him until this Kiyomi thing blows over. Who knows how long that can take? This way he can be invovled in his baby's growing from the beginning. Since love is so new to Sesshoumaru think of what he'll be like as she has his baby growing inside of her...feeling the movements, the kicks and talking to his pup and having the little one jump and kick knowing it's Daddy's voice. This is what love is all about...making family.

On a side note...sorry I haven't been here or in touch at all. I miss you so much. We've been working with my older sister getting the property back in shape and that takes alot out of me. We've also been having internet connection problems and having two of us on at the same time messes with the games PJ is playing, so I have been offline so she can play.(she's asleep now so I'm reading, yay!)

I'll try to read and catch up on the other chapters tomorrow in the wee hours of the morning again when she gets off.

Love my friend!!! Hope the family is doing well!!!!!

Yo...I am soooo angry!

Im just reading along..literally being SUCKED into this masterpiece of a story then as I go to click on next chapter I notice that there isn't anything to click! How my world shattered! In that very instant, my heart seemingly dropped to the pit of my stomach and for the first time in my fanfiction life, I almost cried.

I will never rush anyone(I have no room to talk*looks at unfinished stories) but if it is in you power, please update soon! The anxiety will surely be the death of me :(

Mutnodjmet (Chapter 33) - Thu 08 Jun 2017

Sorry I have not reviewed lately well since chapter 31 I think. Anyway chapter 32 was excellent and this chapter 33 is a very emotional one just like 32. Kagome and Sesshoumaru still have more emotional turmoil ahead of them especially now that Sessho knows that he is going to be a father. I am glad that he is not going to leave Kagome just to keep her safe like he originally planned. They are going to need each other to give comfort and support to one another, especially for the baby and Sessho's divorce hearing coming up. I hope his soon to be ex-wife/mate get her just desserts when her lies and scheming comes to light.

Kagome is only going to get stronger now that both have confessed their love is still there. I'm not sure if it has been mentioned previously but does Kagome still have her priestess powers and will that effect the baby in any way? Also will the baby be born full demon or half demon since she is a powerful miko?  Well I'm just guessing that she is powerful based on her past experiences in the feudal era and the fight with Naraku. I guess that is a moot point by now.

She lamented about her mother maybe finding out about her pregnancy basing on her mother's intuition, can Kagome not use her powers to supress her aura and cover it up and also use it to protect her baby from being purified by accident? I know none of this has been brought up yet or will it.

I just get so drawn into this story because you write so well. You have a knack for drawing your readers into your stories and I love that. I so look forward to your next chapter.

Natalia (Chapter 33) - Wed 07 Jun 2017

I'm glad she decided to fight! They must overcome this! I feel they still have more pain ahead but will prevail in the end! Thx for updating!
