Debra (Chapter 21) - Sat 28 Nov 2015

I'm really surprised that after the initial shock, maybe a day or two later, why she didn't ask the real question. Why hasn't Inuyasha been in her life? He knew where she lived and had visited there often, shouldn't she have thought of these things? Can't wait till she realizes that InuYasha wasn't waiting around for her but enjoying his life and getting married to other woman and having a daughter that isn't that much younger than Kagome herself. After his issues with running off after Kikyo marrying other woman should be a big hint that he doesn't really love her.

hana sora (Chapter 21) - Fri 27 Nov 2015

why she doesn't remember anything? Please i beg you make them together again :(

Sarah (Chapter 21) - Fri 27 Nov 2015
First off if inuyasha cared he would've stayed closer to her ans tried to help instead of leaving and not thinking she could find someone else, Kagome feels betrayed by Sesshoumaru but why? Because of a love she might have that she doesn't know exists? She feels betrayed because he didn't tell her but it didn't feel bad enough to not sleep with a married man-that just sounds like a double standard. I don't think Inuyasha deserves her, he didn't bother to help her or keep tabs on her and didnt seem to care until she was with someone else, not to mention if he has a daughter he wasn't exactly waiting for her.

Tana_san (Chapter 20) - Thu 26 Nov 2015

I definitely knew it was going to come to this, but I kind of thought with all the years/centuries InuYasha would have grown up some and not gone in sporting a consealed knife under his blazer. This means he was going with the intent to murder his brother if only it might end up bodily harm. Sesshoumaru had every right to defend himself by any means possible when InuYasha pulled out the knife and took a swipe at him. This is the 21st century after all.

InuYasha didn't even acknowledge Kagome when she answered the door but merely brushed past her to get to Sesshoumaru. That doesn't show me he cared about her at all but only about how HE felt and his whole intent was to kill Sesshoumaru for "taking what was his". Sesshoumaru didn't TAKE Kagome. He didn't violate her in any way. He was very frank with her from the first time she saw him and wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him for all she was worth.

Sesshoumaru knew she had amnesia and how foolish it would be to just outright tell her about the past. It could have had very damaging results and so he allowed her the time for her memories to come on their own. Ok, he knew that she cared for his brother in the past and that InuYasha wanted to re establish a relationship with her, but when he suddenly "felt" the kiss and the desire coming from Kagome upon their first meeting his inner inu awoke within him and being one in accordance with his more intellectual being he made a move to get to know this woman, Kagome.

He fought with himself that first encounter, just as Kagome did, but they both agreed to go forward and they genuinely come to love each other. I can understand Kagome's near breakdown after seeing InuYasha's chest being pushed through. She went back in time when she witnessed Sesshoumaru do the same thing to InuYasha and for right now, that's all she sees. I don't think she even realizes what time period she's in, only that InuYasha, the boy she loved is brutally beaten and bleeding out.

I'm wondering if InuYasha's stupity in coming after Sesshoumaru like he just did might had locked Kagome's mind to when she was a fifteen year old and watching the horror of Sesshoumaru trying to kill InuYasha.

PJ has a theory that the too pure blood of InuYasha's father is what caused his brutality, but is on the fence with it because she thinks that by the same argument that his instincts wouldn't have allowed him to ignore Kagome, then again, maybe she didn't regisiter as a threat to him and thus his instincts did feel the need to engage her at that time.

She also keeps poking me and insists that I point out that Sessh could have avoided some of this problem if he told her in the beginning that he was aware of her illness and pointed out that he was concerned she had someone in her past waiting for her, and if she was sure she wanted to move foward into a relationship. It wouldn't have saved him from hot water, but the argument for his defence would have been stronger. Gotta wonder? That's what happens when they think with the wrong head, ne?

Sorry it took so long to review. RL has been difficult lately as I told you in my PM. Love ya, Moonlight!   JEN

DivaG (Chapter 20) - Sun 22 Nov 2015

This confrontation was bound to happen, but I doubt that Inuyasha will die. He did not die before and even if he dies, Sesshoumaru has Tenseiga and I believe he will use it, if only to make Kagome happy. I think Kagome will be very upset with her mother too, when she finds out that she could have avoid this whole situation simply telling her the truth. Now only remains to see what will happen. Great chapter.

Alashia (Chapter 20) - Sat 21 Nov 2015

OMG! I hate that it's finally happening like this. I wished Sesshoumaru would had just told Kagome of her past and not be so selfish. This definitely don't look like something that can be fixed. What a great chapter, can't wait to see what will happen now with their relationship.

hana sora (Chapter 20) - Sat 21 Nov 2015

I just hate kagome and more is inuyasha!!

Debra (Chapter 20) - Sat 21 Nov 2015

No Damn it! How can she not feel anything for Sesshoumaru even if he did lie. I mean the fact that it hurts knowing he lied to her should say she feels something for him. I mean doesn't it hurt the worst when a loved one lies to you?.

Blommie8 (Chapter 20) - Sat 21 Nov 2015

Glxydragon (Chapter 20) - Fri 20 Nov 2015

Such an evil cliffy.  Looking forward to the next update.

Mona (Chapter 20) - Fri 20 Nov 2015

I just read one of the reviews and must say I hope Sesshoumaru never gets on Kagome's good side.

Mona (Chapter 20) - Fri 20 Nov 2015

Ahhh, me like this chapter.  I say after reading this chapter I wouldnt mind this story turning out to be a bitter end.  Kagome now knows the truth and the one she loves lay on the floor dying by the hands of the person who deceived and stole her innocence on a selfish lie.  Sesshoumaru should wallow in his guilt and pain while Kagome leaves him be and live her life without him, just let him be part of her past.

please update again soon.

RedDestiny92 (Chapter 20) - Fri 20 Nov 2015

I loved this chapter, poor Kagome it was time for her to learn the truth anyways I wonder what Sesshomaru will have to do to get back on her good side, if he can.

Tana_san (Chapter 19) - Mon 16 Nov 2015

Hey my friend, so sorry it's taken so long to get back to reading. PJ said she emailed you for me. I didn't want you to think I'd forgotten to keep in check for your updates. Seems migraines are on the rise here as I've been suffering terribly as have many others according to my doctor. Probably the constant changes in the weather here.

Anyway, I think this chapter was sweet with Kagome's desire to cook for Sesshoumaru and then give him a special evening of oil massage to relax him from from all the tention he'd been having. Kagome's still so new to the ways of pleasuring her lover, though she's heard things from others, maybe watched movies and such, actually doing so can be very daunting. I was so glad that Sesshoumaru allowed her to gather her courage and pretended to sleep so she could feel more empowered. I think the move of him going onto his back a slick move and done in such a way that Kagome thought he was still sleeping.

I had a feeling that Mrs. Higuarashi knew more about Kagome's condition than we knew and that InuYasha and she may have spoken about him wanting Kagome for his mate. You did so well with incorporating Mrs. Higuarashi's memories that Kagome did change the timeline and though Mrs. Higuarashi knew that youkai always lived among humans she also knew they did not before Kagome's final return from her adventures through the well. It makes sense since the Higuarashi family went through this adventure with Kagome.

I understand wanting to allow Kagome the chance to live a 'normal' life but her mother could have helped her more when Kagome had come to her about her dreams and ask questions. Instead she withheld that information and Kagome felt like she was crazy having these dreams and memories. There were ways to help Kagome regain her past without doing any permanate damage. I think that she truly hoped Kagome would never remember and though she liked InuYasha she told him that she'd let Kagome know how to contact him 'IF' she ever regained her past memories.

Mrs. Higuarshi also had no knowledge that Sesshoumaru used Kagome in any way. It was Kagome's decision not to tell her mother about her relationship with Sesshoumaru and Kagome never invited Sessh to meet her family either. The woman has no reason to put blame on the man other than that he's InuYasha's brother and they all knew each other in the Feudal Era. Now InuYasha is on a rampage and it'll be Kagome that takes all the pain and upset he causes when he and Sesshoumaru start fighting over her.

Great work, Moonlight! Next the all exciting punch that Sesshoumaru receives when he opens his door? Kind of like when Sessh punched Inu in the Final Act at Father's grave when InuYasha attained the Adamant Barrage???

Love ya!!!!   JEN

Aviva (Chapter 19) - Wed 11 Nov 2015

I loved the initiative Kagome showed in this chapter. Cooking Sesshomaru a home cooked meal and then later on rubbing him down. As a young woman just coming into her sexuality, Kagome had every reason to be shy. Her gentle exploration of Sesshomaru's body was nice and sweet. I was quietlly laughing to myself as Sessshomaru pretended to be asleep so that Kagome would not feel overwhelmed if she knew that he watched. Kudos to him, he really tried but in the end his intincts demanded more. He already think of Kagome as that special someone in his heart, but in his head and that primal part of himself it was unthinkable for a female to straddle and touch him, placing him beneath her as the alpha was only considered tolerable if she was his mate.

The story is getting more and more intriguing as secrets unfolds. So Mrs Higurashi knew all along that her daughter was not delusional. The reason that she gave was plausible, as a mother she would have worried ceaselessly whenever Kagome went to the warring states era, knowing that it was a bloody period in their history. She had always liked Inuyasha so I can see why she dislikes Sesshomaru for having an affair with her daughter. Inuyasha on the other hand seems so much of a hypocrite, he waited for her for so long and when the time came he did not have his house in order so he had easily agreed with the mother to stay away from Kagome until she was grown, I am not buying it, he went along with it for his own selfish reasons. And now he acts all hurt because his brother found a good woman and took her for himself. I would like to know if his daughter is mostly human or her mother has demonic blood in her. I can't understand why he would wait so long to leave the mother and why his child is just attending college. The smart thing to do would be to stay clear of family issues before Kagome was born. Update soon!!

Aviva (Chapter 18) - Wed 11 Nov 2015

I am really impressed with the last two chapters posted. Read both of them last night while not logged on so I could not review. Well here it goes. At this point I am sure that Sesshomaru has his own reasons for making their relationship public. I sensed that Kagome had doubts in the beginning but after going through with it she felt relieved. Her mother is the mystery here, she completely ignored Sesshomaru though I kinda understand that being from a traditionalist family her daughter's open display of affection to a married man might not sit well with her. Their little chit chat in bed was mostly funny, I could picture both of them like that in my mind.

The wife seems to be a hateful bitch literally. When Sessh challenged her to go reveal his secrets if she dared and then said do that and both you and your father will be accomplices was priceless. What he meant was if I go down so will you. On to Inuyasha, while I am not necessarily a hater of him I am not a big fan also. I felt bad for him finding out about his brother and Kagome that way. His reactions to it gave me the feels for a second or two. I foresee a violent and bloody confrontation between brothers.

DivaG (Chapter 19) - Tue 10 Nov 2015

I knew it, her family was aware of her past, and kept it from her purposefully. Leaving aside her reasons, Kagome's mother was also to blame for the current situation. And I just hope that she does not know that Inuyasha left his family recently just to be with Kagome, because if that is the case, it says a lot about her character, because seriously, what is worse? For her daughter to be with a man that she does not even want to know and thinks that is using her daughter or to be with the one capable of marrying a woman and have a daughter with her even knowing that he will leave her without a thought?  Given the situation, Inuyasha is far worse than Sesshoumaru, because even though his goal was to be with Kagome, he formed a family, had a daughter and divorced his wife just to reach his goals. It seems that all this time was not enough for him to be less selfish. Great chapter.

hana sora (Chapter 19) - Tue 10 Nov 2015

She will definitely choose sesshomaru!! Hmm

Blommie8 (Chapter 19) - Tue 10 Nov 2015

Debra (Chapter 19) - Mon 09 Nov 2015

Something tells me Kagome is going to be pissed when she finds out her mom knew all along. Here she had these memories she knew were real but couldn't complete them. If her mom had spoken up maybe she would have remembered sooner. Also InuYasha was marriied? I thought he just kept girlfriends until he found Kagome. He should have at least dropped any girlfriends he had before Kagome was born not after her return. Sesshoumaru is at least unhappily married to a woman that he really only married to give him a pup. He didn't have a girl waiting that loved him. I don't see Kagome giving up Sesshoumaru for someone like him. Yeah he lied, but he fell in love with her. I hope he makes his feelings completely clear to Kagome so she can choose properly.
