It takes me EONS to update my fics...I'm talking most chapters were first recorded on clay tablets in Phoenician Cuneform. It just so happens some baffled archeologist found my first drafts at a recent dig and encouraged me to post 'em here. Shoulda put 'em in a museum...right, Indy?

And I'm more than a little late in advertising this, but WOO-HOO!!!! HUZZAH!!! And all that...

So I just got back from watching the Japanese film "Departures" at my local arthouse theatre (7/22/09 12:20 EST) and Damn. Just... everyone in the universe needs to see that movie. It won the Best Foreign Language Oscar for a Reason. And be sure to bring a truckload of tissues. It wrings the heart dry. My mind is still so full of this film, I'm in another life. For real, just, watch it.

The lolephant was spawned in chat, as are most lolwut pictures/fics/concepts. Mikaela was feeling bad, I offered to draw funny crap for her, someone in chat suggested blue elephants, and it kind of went from there. xD

Ones that come immediately to mind are Inuyasha (my first inu love before I traded him in for Sesshoumaru), Sephiroth, and Toshiro from Bleach. And I really love Toshiro's eyes. They're amazing! There are others, many actually, but those are my favorites of my favorites.

Thanks for the continued reviews! I always look forward to what you have to say. And I have net-flixed both Cloverfield (never seen it, but you seemed to have liked it) and Immortal Rain. I'll let you know what I think when I get them!
