Well, I fully agree with you on sad endings!! Sometimes it would be nice to have one of them die for a change...I mean, I am not a psycho (maybe I am) but death might actually make the love more beautiful. But then again, it's pretty nasty for a main character to die in a long story. Can you imagine reading something that goes on for sixty chapters only for one of them to die?? I've killed them in oneshots though

By the way, this is random, but as a reader, do you have tendencies to avoid stories with sad endings? This is totally masochistic of me, but I actually enjoy tragic endings at times

But no worries, it's nothing I haven't seen in five years of writing fanfiction, so...it kinda sucks but I am totally cool with it. That person doesn't pay me for writing, so there's no reason for me to feel upset.

Smurfs ARE annoying!! If you made me watch that now (at this age) I'd most probably pull my hair out. But then again, I used to think teletubbies were adorable too.

Anyway, LOL YES I LOVE YOUR STORY!! The only thing I regret is not being able to read it all at one go for now, because I came down with this disgusting cold which makes me sniffle and go all drowsy due to the medication. Arrrrgh. I need to get well ASAP so I can read all the chapters and also other stories, and leave reviews for them. I think I understand what you mean about rituals, and of course, you own that story, so feel free to do whatever you feel comfortable with That's the most important. If writing becomes a chore, gosh, that's going to be awful.

Don't worry dearie, I have no intention of disappearing from the fandom anytime soon! I will definitely continue writing, just that the stories will be short chapter stories and oneshots. Long, drawn-out stories require stamina, and gosh, I've been hanging in there for some of them. It's tiring, honestly. But I love this pairing and the stories I've read, so...I don't know. I'll just do my best

Sweetie, you’re being really nice! As a reader, I love the intricate details of the Native American culture and the accurate portrayal of it. No matter how much I try to read from encyclopedias, it can’t beat the actual narration from a native. On top of that, there’s nothing wrong even if you do exploit your culture for the sake of fanfiction. That’s the fun of it, isn’t it? I include aspects of mine all the time, actually. Just look at Shanghai story. It screams CHINESE. LOL. And I actually like reading stories where writers set the story in the US or Europe…I feel like I am taking a virtual tour sometimes.
