I'm VERY frustrated!

Every time I upload my own Sesshoumaru pic off my hard drive for my profile image/forum avatar, I get "Your image will be resized if needed to a maximum dimension of 200 pixels width x 500 height automatically, but your image file should not exceed 2000 KB." and then the stupid picture won't show up!

The image is 100x100! Well within the limits!

HELP! I've done EVERYTHING and NOTHING WORKS!

oh beautiful!

This is a glitch that occured when we switched servers. when we switched servers we changed permissions on everything so there are some glitches. Miss K has this on her list. Unfortunately she's swamped with work and has gone into hiding again for a few weeks. I think her contract is done in april sometime when she'll be able to take a break again.

Be patient please, we're working on these when we can. Unfortunately Miss K is our only techy admin and her job is very demanding right at this moment, leaving very little time to breathe let alone work on the site

Phew, I thought it was my computer being a 'tard. ^^; Forgive my outburst, I was running on little sleep and no food and had three people in a health crisis. (They are all okay now, yay!)

I too am having this issue and am so relieved it is not something wrong with my pics and/or computer. WHEW!

I'm guessing this is still an issue? I was attempting to upload a new profile pic, but it didn't work. Got the same error message as r0o.

Ah well, guess I'll have to wait.

Seems so. :/ Kind of frustrating because each time I see someone with the same generic avatar as me, I want to change mine so it's unique. Then I see another one...gah, I'm neurotic about that! lol

I'm also having an upload problem-- I think my pic is within the size boundaries, and besides the thingy says it will re-size it for me... the problem I am having is that the thingy tells me "An error occurred when moving the uploaded photo".

Also, I was wondering how people got pics into their general info dealy.

I just wanted to help add into the numbers

I felt the same as all of you about my failed uploading of pics--with the same error, I thought there was something wrong that I didn't know--since I first joined a couple days ago.....since now we know it's due to glitching when the server was changed......and we have to wait for Miss Kagura, now all we do is wait.
