I plan on working on another art piece in the near future. But first I need some help with martial arts poses. Seiza, Kiza, etc... Can anyone point me to helpful sketch/video tutorials, please?

Posemaniacs.com is a pretty nifty site, I've been using it to teach myself how to draw and it's got a ton of action poses, including of people fighting.
