Is there anything I would have to do especially to do to issue a challenge thingy for someone to write a fic based on a prompt?

Nope. All you need to do is set limitations, and provide the prompt you want to. You can use others as a model for your own. though you cannot start a new challenge if it is a copy only under your name. Like you couldnt do another MoulinRouge Challenge b/c one is already open. But you could do something else, just make sure that your challenge is made for SK and that people have to warn for M and MA fics.

So if I wanted to, like I'm planning on, do a Challenge based on Katy Perry's song "Teenage Dream" because to my knowledge no one else has done a challenge like that, all I would have to do is just post it in the challenge section and just set the general rules?
