So, I've recently read this one shot by Koimiko, called How Far. It's so spine tingly lusty and dark, all with a twist of gothic romance. Sesshoumaru is OOC, but so well written that it's forgivable. If you go to her profile, there is also a prequel, but I think it's best to read this first, then the prequel. And the ending...wow, I don't want to give it away...but man this woman can write! So, want something smutty/dark/romantic all wrapped up in an enigma topped with intrigue? READ THIS!!

I read it a couple of days ago, and I whole hartedly agree with you. I could not stop reading it, even though I usually do not like dark fics. I hope she writes a second part. If anyone has not read this they really should.
