Some of the recent conversations have reminded me of an AU and MA fanfiction where Kagome was the proprietress of a dom/sub establishment where Kouga and Sesshoumaru were patrons. I remember Kagome and Sesshoumaru speaking in her lavish quarters while she freshened up at her vanity... a basement "torture" chamber... and that Kouga and Sesshoumaru were lords. If I can think of any other details, I'll add them, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think you are referring to Desire's Harsh Mistress and His Mistress of the Shrine by LadySafire. The links will take you to ff.n Both stories are rated MA, so no YIMs!
