I remember that there was a chapter where Miroku is trying to order a strawberry daquiri but doesn't think that it's a strawberry daquiri until Sesshoumaru calls him an ignoramus (I think) and says that it's a freaking strawberry daquiri.

=x I know It's REALLY vague, but I remember it being REALLY funny, it was only one chapter of the fic, that's really the only thing I can remember =x

Oh, I remember that one. It's Innocent Until Proven Guilty (rated MA) by Sesshoumaru's Fiend. The scene you described was one of my favorites. Miroku was a judge (kind of reminded me of Harry Stone from Night Court), and he was trying to get his bailiff to bring him a daiquiri. Sesshoumaru was a lawyer, and he was defending Kagome, who was charged for threatening/attempting to kill Kikyou -- a story that Kikyou made up.
