There was a fanfiction I read a while back where Kagome was turned into a goddess, but wouldn't believe Sesshomaru when he told her so. She said something like, "If I'm a Kami, then I wish for Rin to become an inuyoukai so that you don't have to watch her grow old and die." Then Rin turns into one, and wakes up crying because of the sudden loudness of everything to her after Sesshomaru thanks Kagome for granting him something he desperately wanted.
PLEASE HELP ME FIND IT AGAIN!

she's turned into a "Fate" i can't remember the name of the fic though. good fic! has a black star on her foehead, can do anything just by thinking it. makes sango and the gang all immortal, kikyo and inuyasha into full demons, and kagome herself as you said, makes rin into a lil girl inu.
