I can remember the plot pretty well just not the title. Sesshomaru secretly loves kagome but because of his title he cant be with her ( I think he was about to enter an arranged mating). He goes to her one night but she cant see his face only the markings on his wrist. they sleep together and she becomes pregnant and develops markings on her stomach. She also meets the future Sesshomaru who tells her she needs to rescue the past sesshomaru.

This sounds like a really interesting story, I'd like to read it too.

Just remembered. Kagome also ends up eating Buyo one night.
