Ok, so I read this fic forever ago. The only detail I really remember is that Kagome and Sesshoumaru did an aikado warm up together at the insistance of Inupapa because Inupapa was a huge kendo fighter back in the day and he found out that Kagome's father was someone he fought against. I do know that this is only a snippet in the fic (maybe taking up one chapter) and not what the overall fic is about. I do believe that Inuyasha and Kagome were recently engaged, and she may have possibly been a doctor at a hospital. Those last two are really iffy, but I think they are right. Hopefully, I'm not blending two fics.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you, Norri! And now I feel like a complete idiot because this is actually one of my favorite fics and it's by my love Hatt on top of it. ::facepalm::
