I read this one quite some time ago; it's a story in which Sesshoumaru and Kagome feel affected by poison (Mukotsu's?) and start sleeping together in order to relieve the uncomfortable tension within them. It started out as just a way to alleviate the pain, but turns into something more.

That's all I've got, I hope that's enough to go off of.
