I can't remember the plot (or maybe I do but it's too vague)

Something about a War

but I do remember a couple of quotes not the exact words though

1. My heart can not beat until you are here with me.

2. I can not breathe fully until I am once again by your side.

does anybody know what fic that is? D: I would really appreciate it if you do.
