I'm looking for a fic where Kagome takes the title of ruler of the western lands and Jaken follows her around. I think Jaken is part of the reason for sesshoumaru's fall. That's about all I remember.

OK I remembered a little more. Someone challenges Sesshoumaru for the title of the west and he loses somehow (I think maybe they have Rin or something). Then Kagome kills the guy who became lord and takes the title only she doesn't know that by killing him she became ruler until it gets pointed out to her and she makes Sesshoumaru Lord of the West and that's about it. I might be wrong on that last part. I'm not sure. It's been forever sence I read this fic I was just thinking about it and REALLY wanted to read it again.

I think this is "To Make You Feel My Love" by KogasAngel on A Single Spark. There is also a sequel entitled "To Make You Feel My Love Again".
