This one is either a Sessh/Kag or an Inu/Kag so sorry in advance if it is an Inu/Kag. I am not sure because I read it soooo long ago on ff.net. Kagome is a princess. I think she may have been asleep for a long time and then saved. In it she sings a song from her home that her mother always sang to her. Or maybe it was her father. It is 'Rose, rose, rose, red, When will I see thee wed.' I know it is an actual song and all, but I know for a fact that I read it in that story because I had never heard the song before then.

So could anyone please help? Sorry that is all I remember.

I'm betting it's an InuYasha/Kagome story, because I read almost all the Sess/Kags out there (I know, I need to get a life), and I'm sure I would remember a detail like the "rose red" song... I just don't read very many Inu/Kags...

Aw man. I was hoping it was a Sess/Kag story. But oh well. I will try to find it under that pairing then. Unless anyone knows what I am talking about.

The story you are looking for is called A Kiss for A Prince by Striking Falcon: dokuga.com/fanfiction/story/1678/1?author=2060 (Rating MA) This is a Sess/Kag pairing sadly it's not completed and hasn't been updated for a while.

No...I've read that story many times and have never seen the song that I mentioned in there. I do like that story though and it would be a good substitute. Thank you.
