I need help finding this really old and incomplete story (last I checked) where Sesshomaru finds Kagome dying in the snow (or dead? >.< ) and he saves her, takes her to a cave, she finds out he's not a dog but feline (mother race bread true), etc, and much later meets with his brothers, and this was in the last chapter I had from it.

I don't remember who wrote it anymore since it's been years since I last re-read it. If I had to give it a year I'd say 2004~2005.

Please help me find it again! ^3^

Could that be Through The Mirror by Sidhe? I haven't read it in a couple of years, but I think this might be the one you're looking for.
