So here's what I remember:
- It's set after the jewel is complete, wish made, etc., and she goes back through the well to the modern era
- Kagome has somehow turned into either an inu hanyou or a youkai
- Sesshoumaru finds her and brings her home
- Sesshoumaru and now Kagome are the only dog demons left (or only of a very small number)
- Sesshoumaru's mother isn't who he thinks she is, turns out the phoenix youkai who he thought was his nanny was really his mother, and this explains the poison Sesshoumaru has

It's only 10 chapters. I thought it was longer than that, but I guess I was wrong. I know the last time I had read it, Sesshoumaru's mother had just died and all youkai had pretty much been outed.
