Does anyone remember this story...
I'm about 98.9% sure that it was a Kagsess...
So basically, here's what I remember.
It was AU, modern day Japan
There is a part where Sesshoumaru got really, really angry with Kagome and beat her badly, leaving her bleeding on the kitchen floor. She does her best to clean it up, despite her injuries.
I think that Sesshoumaru was drunk and he really regretted hurting her and what she said to him, but when he came back, all traces of her were gone.
I remember that the story wasn't complete when I read it. It was several years ago and I don't know what made me remember it, but I really would like to find it again...
...Gotta see if it was ever finished and had a happy ending.

Oh, yeah! This is a great story. Hopefully someone with a better memory will be able to come up with the title. She was pregnant, and did her best to protect the baby from his beating. I think she hid out for a long time, protected by Shippou. Then she went to the shrine, where they were planning Kikyo's wedding. Sess showed up, not knowing she was there or that she had had his child. What was the title? Think, think, think....
