It's a story that takes place in the modern world. Kagome spies Kouga and Sessoumaru being intimate through the window. Instead of turning away she watches and is after caught and the three of them start a relationship.

Pretty sure it's Three's Company by Zyren Rated MA so is not for kiddies.
