Hi everyone! I'm looking for an old fic in which Sess has an advisor who is a bird youkai and - I know this sounds weird- the bird youkai has a Jamaican accent? Or something along those lines. Any help would be awesome!

Was it jamacian or more southern? Did Sess grow up with him around (like inupapa basically raised them both?)
