Hello guys,
I've been wracking my brain for an older fic that i read awhile back.
Its about Sesshoumaru & Kagome's small family being escorted by Naruto's team, beacause he is a lord of one of the nations. at one point i remember them being attacked and Sakura is put in charge of protecting Kagome and her pups. Kagome puts up a barrier and Sakura is worried that the pups witness the fight, but Kagome assures her that its good for them to witness it as they can learn from it.

I cant really remember much else, but if some1 could point me in the right direction i would apreciate it very much.

I believe you are looking for Connections by Sarhea. Specifically, you remembered the Death and Life: Ink chapter. Good fanfic. I love re-reading it! The story has a chronicle order. On the fanfiction link, sarhea gives you the order on her first chapter.
