I read this story two years ago, I believe it was on Dokuga. Kagome goes to a hotspring to take a bath when she finds Sesshomaru already bathing in it. Kagome discovers that Sesshomaru is not a male but a Female. Inutashio had Sesshomaru disguise "herself" as a man her whole life. Those are the only details that I can remember.
