OK, I was reading a fic about Kagome going with Sesshoumaru because Inuyasha is sleeping around & the others went to Sango's village, Inuyasha chased after the pair & Kagome told him she was staying, he left & then came back later, Sesshoumaru's general named something like Seiryu becomes obsessed with Kagome & wants her for his very own even though she's with Sess, there's a female guard/adviser she wants to sleep with Kagome too but is fine with being friends until she gets the OK, Seiryu's lover named something like Kitara is ticked that both eh & Sess want someone else because she wants to mate Sess to become Lady of the West, so after she confronts Kagome in the bath she gets kicked out of the west, gets given to another lord & eventually winds up as a whore somewhere before Seiryu kills her. He killed himself at some point but he did some sort of magic so he's wandering around plotting evil stuff to get Kagome. Inuyasha comes back & gets appointed general & stuff, he kills lots of useless courtiers & mates with the female guard/adviser, name begins with M, possibly Mayu. So I was like 3 chapters away from the end of the posted chapter, the chapter title was Ally? & I think the authors name starts with De, although I wouldn't swear to it. I didn't see the notices about the downtime or I would have temporarily saved the chapters until I was done with them or at least written all the needed info down. There's lots of rather graphic sex in this including some girl on girl.
