The story I am looking for has Kagome coming back to the past after years and she and Inuyasha are to be married. He and Miroku go to a near by village to help out. An accident occurs and Inuyasha is beheaded by an axe or something similar. From what I remember, I believe Sesshomaru finds out and takes Inuyasha's place and mates Kagome.


Unfortunately, I do not remember much of this fic. I mainly remember how Inuyasha's death was such an accident.
