I read this a while ago and recently had the urge to read it again. I think it was set in modern time. The main premise is that Sesshoumaru has to deal with his heat so he locks himself up in this cave place. One day Kagome finds him and asks how to help him. He says pain and so she rips her shirt into a mask and becomes a dominatrix for him. This become routine every heat cycle and eventually he wants to learn her identity.

That's all I got. Any help would be appreciated!

all things hidden by Tilayha on dokuga rated MA no yims! has 14 chapters. ten on spark and different summaries
