Okay, I don't need a beta, but I wasn't sure where else to put this request. I need someone who can help me with a tiny bit of elementary Japanese for an upcoming chapter of Dancing With Scissors. I'd look it up online, but I know languages have lots of intricacies and nuances, and I thought it would be better to ask a person.

So if anyone could help, I'd be appreciative and give you full credit, etc. Don't need to speak it fluently, just know more than I do (which is next to nothing). Thanks!

You might try sending Suichi a message. She mentioned being able to read and write in Japanese pretty well, although it says she hasn't been online in awhile. That's the first one I can remember talking about it, off the top of my head.

I can't get in touch with her! She agreed to be my Beta. i sent her something over a month ago and still no respons. I just hope everything is ok.

I took a couple semesters of Japanese. So, as long as it's fairly basic, I could probably help you out if you can't find anyone reasonably fluent. I also still have my textbook which might help.
