So it appears, as part of the reason for my absence, I am now engaged. Figured I'd share. Along with my recent change in jobs and plans for moving I've not found much time to even sit down at the computer let alone get anything done.

So married, getting used to married life and working on some ideas for my let in the dark stories. So you all know, I lost the laptop. Turned out the hard drive was fried, so everything that wasn't backed up online or on a flash drive was washed down the drain... if I were one to cry I would have. Three stories, over nine chapters of other stories, and even more outlines were lost. Got a new set up so I won't interfere with my wife's netflix addiction so I should be able to get back to writing.

Well that sucks. My fiance had something similar happen to him so now he uses google docs it saves all of your stuff online. I still write in word and save it there (out of habit), but I also save it in Google docs so if something like that happen I have a backup. Just a thought and congratulations on the marriage.
