Luna C. (Chapter 3) - Tue 10 Jun 2014

Too lazy to sign in, but omg. This story has me hooked! Kagome's lust burning for him just has me on the edge of my seat! I cannot wait for your next update! :)

Lace (Chapter 3) - Tue 10 Jun 2014

Oh my gosh your descriptions...your play on words. So fantastic. "He is like the cigar he smokes – wood flavors and spices, less sweet, creamier...seeping inside to coil...in her abdomen," I think that is probably one of my favorite lines (from chapter 3 at least), as I used to smoke a lot, and the scent of cigars is just smooth wonderfulness for me.

This whole story just screams smooth- in a completely elegant, sensual, and seductive way, of course. The way you wrote Sesshoumaru feels like exactly how he would be as a modern esteemed business man. Looking forward to the next installations of this piece of art! <3

I evil giggled. This is fabulous, so cunning and wicked, Sesshoumaru is so perfectly portrayed here.  I especially loved the descriptions of his facial expressions, no matter how miniscule, they speak volumes. Can't wait to see where this leads.

wonderbug (Chapter 2) - Tue 10 Jun 2014

And so the stage is set - and what a perfect setting it is! Love the atmosphere you've created here in Le Roi Soleil: dark, sultry, luxuriant. A place of clandestine encounters and under-the-table negotiations - deeds best carried out in the shadows, which invokes a certain irony considering its name. ;)

To me, this setting has a bit of a Memoirs of a Geisha feel to it. Perhaps that, with a hint of The Great Gatsby thrown in, considering its Western name and the lavishness of its patronage and décor. It makes for a lovely combination in my mind: you've painted quite a beautiful scene!

And, oh, I love the simmering tension at the end! The way Kagome drops the menu when she sees him, her reaction upon locking gazes with those smoldering golden eyes...

But this is not a romance, is it? Oh, Kagome, you're setting yourself up for quite the fall, my dear. :(

...Onward, I go! <3

wonderbug (Chapter 1) - Mon 09 Jun 2014

So I totally just DEVOURED everything you've posted thus far (I tried pacing, I promise, but I couldn't help myself! :D), but of course I have to go back and gush over each chapter! Dear Lord, Stella, this is magnificent. Seriously, I can't even... *falls over*

Okay! - So, Chapter 1: My god, what beautiful, sensual description. I can't ever praise you enough for your brilliant turns of phrase - "his name stitched on the walls of her throat," "death melted into gold," a mosaic of desperation and lust and obsession"...Really I could list every sentence I guess, but, man, your language is just so decadent, so sinfully goooood. How do you come up with these things?! I want to steal your brain!!

And that ending - that one word...God, I could just imagine him saying it. It's just so Sesshoumaru (but I'll be gushing more about his characterization in the Ch.3 review, so I'll just leave it at that for now!).

Onward! (I'm so in love with this :3) <3

LoveAndFaith (Chapter 2) - Mon 09 Jun 2014

Maya Angelou passed away, and Sailor Moon new anime is starting on July 5.  This story sounds interesting, keep it coming.

Moonlight Silk (Chapter 1) - Mon 09 Jun 2014

I can never get enough of your writing, it is poetry, it's smooth, it's flawless and haunting. Love it!
