This chapter had always gotten to me. Even though I am a Sesshoumaru fan first, I completely agreed with Kagome's musings in this chapter. It really does make it worse that InuYasha went through such a hard time when it's obvious Sesshoumaru was capable of being attentive....

OH MY FLIPPING GOD!! I JUST started to re-read this fic for a FOURTH time recently, and i've only gotten to chapter 46, and now I realize you FINALLY UPDATED!!!! GAH!! Then during - what happened to Sesshoumaru? Oh no! Inuyasha! Oh Naraku is a PEST! Eeeeeewwwwwww cuddling with Naraku. Oh Kohaku! Poor Sango. Brave Kagome. Kouga has a sword?! YAY THE EVIL ASSHOLE IS DEAD!
At the end. *laughs in relief* You made him sneeze! That's adorable!!
Oh my goodness... this was just incredible. Lots of action, so much things going on, so much emotion. The contrast between the calm sick embrace that Kagome and Naraku shared and the battle that surrounded them... The wolf pack that died around them... Oh Kohaku... Inuyasha and Kouga teaming up... Intense, amazing, and utterly satisfying. Definitely worth the wait and the multiple reads.
