What a cliffhanger!!!  Sesshoumaru would not be in this position if Inuyasha had of used his brain for once and not given in to Naraku's taunts.  Him saving Inuyasha proves he doesn't hate him like he's let on.  I could picture Sesshoumaru looking at Kagome maybe for the last time just in case his escape plan doesn't work.  I'm sure he'll try something.  He still has tenseiga on him and that sword has saved him many times in the past.  Also his youki saved him from being absorbed by Naraku once before.  In my imagination, though, I see Kagome getting away from Inuyasha and running to Sesshoumaru and grabing him around the waist and enveloping them both in her reiki aura.  Her aura is so strong from her desire to save him, it's what let her get through Naraku's barrier to Sesshoumaru and shielding them both.  I had to think of some way to save him or I would have cried because the scene was touching and stressful at the same time.  There are many different ways he can survive and I'm curious to see what you have up your sleeve.  I can hardly wait for the next chapter.  In the meantime, I'm biting my nails while waiting.

Holy crap. That was such an evil chapter. I can't belive there's such a huge cliffhanger...AHH!!!

O.O NOOOOOO poor Sesshomaru! Oh I hope he knows what he's doing and I hope he comes out of this alive >.< Great chapter can't wait to see what happens next!

*dances around on tip toes, screaming high pitched squeals*  Such an exciting and breathtaking chapter!  You played out the battle just as I imagine Naraku would have done it.  Sesshoumaru pairing everyone up was a great idea, but it spoke of his understanding that the flames of motivation burn brighter by the desire to protect.  *squeals more for good measure*  Are your ears huring yet?  Then...OMG!  I know that Sesshoumaru has a plan.  He MUST have a plan!  He wouldn't allow Naraku to touch him otherwise.  I so can't wait til the next chapter, though I'll have to, won't I?  I'll be dancing and squealing until you post it.  ^_^

pshaw, as if sesshoumaru would ever die - really... he better not be hurt too badly either... and this whole thing better have a happy end soon... so update already! i'm dying here!

Wow, you don't let loose and write something long and...  unrestrained very often, but when you do, it is a doozy!  What an awesome chapter!

Wow, I really felt the building tension in this chapter! I loved the way Sesshoumaru stepped into organise their strengths and weaknesses. My impression of Sesshoumaru has always been that he'd be a good tactician, well versed in the Art of War. I liked the contradiction between his concern for Kagome which he barely admits to himself and his logical tally of the groups abilities. I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter but at the same time I don't want this story to end!
